Service description

AI Monitor provides usage monitoring, analytics, and forecasting for AI coding assistants and APIs. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Product names belong to their respective owners.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Provider credentials you connect remain yours; you may disconnect them at any time.

Accuracy of figures

Usage figures are derived from data your AI tools make available locally and, where labelled, estimated from published per-token pricing. We do not guarantee that displayed figures exactly match a provider's internal accounting. Estimated cost is not an invoice, and should not be relied on as one. Where a figure is unavailable, the Service shows it as unavailable rather than substituting a guess.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach or probe the Service's security, bypass rate limits with automated requests, resell access, or submit another person's credentials without their permission.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on third-party providers whose APIs may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes affecting your rights or the price you pay, notify you in advance.
